Terms and Conditions

When you install ChordGenie on your phone, the following features are locked:

• When you select "Find Chord", the root note cannot be changed from "A".
• In the Metronome, the tempo is limited to 120BPM.
• In the Tuning screen, the open string note for the A and G strings cannot be changed.
• In the ChordBuilder, you cannot build chords that do not include a root note.

The above are the ONLY restrictions that will be unlocked with your license key. Remember, if you don't see Hear Chord, Metronome, and Pitch Pipe in the menus, it means your phone is not compatible with these features.

The sale of ChordGenie license keys

Your ChordGenie License Key entitles you to unlock and use a single installation of the ChordGenie J2ME mobile phone application on a single J2ME compliant device, and does not transfer to you any other rights. Your License Key will only unlock the installation of ChordGenie bearing the Product Key you have supplied. You must make sure you have entered your Product Key correctly.

You acknowledge that performance of the service of issuing your License Key begins immediately when you make your payment, and that you are hereby forfeiting your right to cancel under Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

You acknowledge that you have tested ChordGenie in Demo mode and agree that performance of the application is acceptable to you on the device that you have it installed.

Your license key is sold to you by Inigma Limited, registered in England company No 5314072. Registered Office: Unit 285, 57 Great George St, Leeds, LS1 3AJ.

The copyright in ChordGenie is owned by Inigma Limited.
